The legal bit
- A short bot check runs when you press send; it isn't attached to what you wrote. Ratings are grouped by week, not by time.
- Because nothing we keep can identify you, it isn't personal data under UK GDPR (Recital 26) or the Data Protection Act 2018. There is nothing to trace back.
- Honest reviews are protected: the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 makes it illegal for a business to fake reviews or hide genuine negative ones. We don't.
Questions people ask
When do I need to order by?
Orders close every Friday at midnight (11:59pm Friday night) for that Sunday. We cook on Sunday morning and deliver or hand over the same day. Miss the cut-off? Next week's box opens straight away.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver on Sundays within 20 miles of our kitchen in Croft, Leicestershire. The price goes by distance: up to 5 miles £5, 5 to 10 miles £7.50, 10 to 15 miles £10, 15 to 20 miles £12.50. Enter your postcode and the exact price shows before you pay. Deliveries go out on Sunday evening, and Archy messages you personally on Sunday afternoon with your time slot. Further than 20 miles, message us and we'll see what we can do. Collection is free: Carlton Park, every Sunday at 6:30pm.
How long do the bowls keep, and how do I reheat them?
Keep refrigerated at 0 to 5°C and eat by the use-by date on the label. Microwave: remove the sauce pot if there is one, loosen the lid slightly and heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring halfway, until piping hot. Oven: transfer to an oven-safe dish and heat at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Do not reheat more than once. Suitable for freezing: freeze on the day of purchase and eat within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before reheating.
Can you cater for allergies?
Full ingredient and allergen lists are on every bowl on this page and printed on every label. Tell us about any allergy in the notes at checkout. We cook everything in one kitchen that handles gluten, milk, nuts, egg, sesame, soya and mustard, so we can't guarantee any bowl is free from traces.
Is it a subscription?
No. Order week by week, as many or as few bowls as you like. If you want the same box every week, tick "repeat this box" at checkout and we'll email you a reminder every Friday at 12:30pm, with a one-tap link to repeat or change your box before orders close at midnight.

What's a protein boost?
An extra serving of the bowl's protein (chicken, beef, halloumi or chickpeas) for £2.50. Good for anyone training hard or eating one bowl as a full dinner.
How do I pay?
Securely online at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is taken when you order so your bowls are guaranteed in Sunday's cook.
When you send your order, Archy replies by Instagram message or email to confirm it and tells you how to pay. No payment is taken on this website yet; card, Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout is on its way.
Something wrong with my order?
Message us on Instagram or email team@kleankitchenco.co.uk within 24 hours with a photo and we'll put it right. As fresh food is perishable, orders can't be cancelled after Friday at midnight, but you can change them any time before that.
